How do i register an account?

How do I order Start kit?
First you need to register for an account (see above). When approved you will have to login to purchase.

After you have signed in you will find all starter kits at https://haircontrast.ie/show/start-up-kits/ or by browsing to “Shop” → “Start-up kits”

Why is the price higher at checkout?
This happens if there are no VAT number added to your account. Sales tax is added to your order which increases the price. You can remove the sales tax by entering your VAT number at checkout or at “My Account” --> “VAT number”

What is VAT/TAX number?
A value added tax identification number or VAT identification number is an identifier used in many countries, including the countries of the European Union, for value added tax purposes.

How can I check my VAT number?

Select your country (eg. IE) and fill in your VAT number. The tool is a bit sensitive so do not include IE in front of your number and make sure all letters are capital.

Where do I find my VAT number?
Contact your local tax authorities.

What payment methods are available?
You can checkout using credit card or PayPal.

My payment failed – how can I complete the order?
